 Whether that be small home alterations or adaptations to promote independence or larger adaptations and project work, we have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the industry with many years of experience within the provision of equipment within accessible houses through to building regulations.

 We encourage a collaborative approach, working with our customer, Case Manager, Occupational Therapist, Architect, Project Manager and Trade Persons Teams throughout the process.

 Multi disciplinary working is essential for our project management team, we offer as a one stop shop for adaptations which often negates the need for numerous, time consuming and costly visits, we provide up to date progress reports to the Case Manager at the end of every week and manage expectations at every step.

 We take an independent approach to equipment; we want to fully understand the customer’s specific requirements before considering multiple options. Often the process involves trying several pieces of equipment to allow an informed, non-influenced decision to be made. We also offer free product trials when appropriate as we appreciate certain equipment can only be deemed suitable when our customers have the opportunity to try in a more relaxed state than during a typical rep led assessment.
